Standard Selection (Success-Based)

Contract – Focus on your business objectives with flexibility to hire for fixed-duration or extendable projects.

15% – 20% of candidate’s hourly rate, billed weekly.

Permanent – Hire after a thorough interview and test process and focus on your long term business goals.

15% – 20% of candidate’s first year salary, Net 30 pay term.

Contract-to-hire – Start with flexibility, switch to permanent when you are satisfied.

15% – 20% of candidate’s hourly rate billed weekly, followed by 15% – 20% of candidate’s first year salary with Net 30 pay term.
