WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for someone who can learn quickly then don't require hand holding.
You'll lead a team of several recruiters as quickly as you can grow, you need not have Lead experience but zeal to collaborate with a team, outgoing personality and a good sense of time.
We like people who are not just self motivated but also self directed, who is not afraid to play with new ideas and change their mind based on evidence and reason.
Someone who can speak their mind on every little and big things inside the company where you see process can be improved.
Must be comfortable getting several NO in the answer from prospects.
We need someone who has a personal sense of responsibility towards their own commitments to the team members.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
2 - 4 years of experience in US staffing is a plus or prove to us that you can learn quickly.
Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking through various social networks.
Manage interview scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process.
Rate negotiation skills required.
Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
Good English communication skill is required.
Experience in US Voice process from any MNC/BPO is a plus.
From Rs. 3,00,000 annually to Rs. 4,80,000 (negotiable for highly driven candidates)
